Each work begins with a series of meticulously calibrated clay color tiles — physical tests of chromatic density, texture, and compatibility. These test tiles are not ends in themselves, but the foundation for building new clay bodies, formulated as sculptural pigments.

Through processes of tearing, layering, compacting, and reassembling, these clay bodies are transformed into stratified structures. What appears on the surface is not a gesture or mark, but a sediment of accumulated actions — a record of time shaped through matter.
